Welcome to the Atmos Athletics App ("the App"), owned and operated by TWP International Inc. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the App.

1. Ownership and CopyrightAll content, including but not limited to workout routines, nutrition guides, meal plans, supplement packages, virtual training options, and any other materials provided through the App are registered, copyrighted, and owned by TWP International Inc. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on such content without prior written consent from TWP International Inc.

2. Non-Compete PolicyYou agree that during the term of your use of the App and for a period of two (2) years thereafter, you will not directly or indirectly engage in any business that competes with TWP International Inc. or its affiliates, including but not limited to the development, operation, or promotion of any fitness-related app or service.

3. PaymentsAll payments made through the App are final and non-refundable. By making a payment, you agree to pay the specified fees for the selected program. TWP International Inc. reserves the right to change the fees for any program at any time.

4. LiabilityYou acknowledge and agree that TWP International Inc., its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, death, or other damages arising from your use of the App or participation in any program offered through the App. You use the App and participate in programs at your own risk.

5. Results and GuaranteesTWP International Inc. does not guarantee any specific results from your use of the App or participation in any program offered through the App. Individual results may vary, and TWP International Inc. disclaims any responsibility for the final outcomes of any program. You acknowledge that your success depends on your individual efforts, genetics, and other factors beyond the control of TWP International Inc.

6. Medical DisclaimerTWP International Inc. is not a medical organization, and the information provided through the App is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult with your physician or other qualified health care provider before starting any fitness program or making any changes to your diet or lifestyle.

7. Program SelectionYou may select a program through the App by subscribing to a specific membership. In order to select a new program, you must first cancel your existing membership. TWP International Inc. reserves the right to modify or discontinue any program offered through the App at any time without prior notice.

8. Governing LawThese Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms and ConditionsTWP International Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

10. SeverabilityIf any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall nevertheless continue in full force and effect.

By using the TWP Fitness App, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you may not use the App.
